That is our speciality. We work with individuals, couples, and families to clearly identify their challenges, create a customized plan of action, and then provide support and guidance as you move your life in a positive direction.
My name is Dr David Helfand, and my purpose in life is to help people live a more healthy, happy, and fulfilling life. I have spent years learning and practicing biofeedback, neurofeedback, yoga, meditation/mindfulness, health psychology, and life coaching. I will use every tool I have to support you and your family in achieving your ideal life.
I am authentic, honest, and respectful with every person I meet. I believe the ability to listen is one of the most important traits of a good health provider, and while I take my role very seriously, I also think the occasional dash of humor can be very therapeutic.
