I provide short-term individual therapy to adults (18+) with a specialization in treating anxiety. My therapy style is open, direct, compassionate, and solutions-focused. I use a combination of modalities including: CBT, CPT, ACT, and Mindfulness. I also provide Brief Adjunctive EMDR for phobias, panic disorder, and generalized anxiety.
