As a therapist, my goal is to assist you in obtaining greater clarity about the feelings that brought you to therapy, as well as establish hope for positive change. I view psychotherapy as a journey navigated by the client and therapist together. It is my belief that the most important element of effective psychotherapy is the genuine connection between the client and therapist. I utilize a client-centered approach that is collaborative, interactive, and respectful. I create an atmosphere of acceptance and safety with the ultimate goals of increased self-awareness, emotional comfort, and positive change. I will work with you to identify treatment goals based on your desired personal and life changes.
