We all want to feel safe and supported, comforted and connected . I offer a mind-body approach to Expressive Arts Therapy that draws from the root of your personal resilience. Often words are not enough to express what we are going through. For 20 years I have been helping adults move beyond words into lasting growth and transformation. Along with deep listening and reflection, sessions can include therapeutically-guided art making, physical movement, and Mindfulness approaches to yoga and meditation for those who are interested. I am a board certified, masters level Dance Movement Therapist with the ADTA, a licensed and insured mental health counselor, and am certified in Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive yoga, a modality clinically proven to heal complex trauma.
I specialize in trauma recovery, grief and loss, anxiety, stress management, personal direction, and the development of intuition and self esteem. My practice is strength-based and deeply respectful of your unique journey.
