I provide neuropsychological evaluations and psychotherapy to individuals across the lifespan. I specialize in work with children, adolescents, and families. In therapy, I focus on the treatment of anxiety, mood disorders, along with the various complex emotions and circumstances that often accompany a diagnosis of ADHD, learning disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. I am a cognitive behavioral therapist, and I also rely on principles from family systems therapy and narrative therapy. Further, I use mindfulness regularly in my practice. I am a licensed Massachusetts psychologist and licensed school psychologist. As a result, I am able to help families navigate various systems so they can secure the needed support from schools and the community.
