My work integrates mindfulness, yoga, spirituality, and clinical training, with 20 years experience in health care/ medical social work, trauma and end of life care. I also help couples, seeking to deepen their intimacy or redefine their relationship goals, values and agreements. My therapeutic style is deeply supportive, insightful, goal oriented, and solution focused.
