I am an LICSW licensed in MA and RI and I offer telehealth and in-person appointments at my office in Sharon, MA. My warm and collaborative style integrates psychodynamic psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness and CBT. I enjoy working with adult clients who are facing life transitions, looking for support around parenting, and/or who are looking for relief from anxiety, depression and/or trauma.
