My specializations include working with young adults (18-29), young professionals (20s/30s), college/graduate students and the parents and families who support them. These clients may be struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness, a life transition or self-esteem issues. I also work with adults of all ages who are managing the competing demands of "work-home-life-love" and suffer from exhaustion, stress and sadness.
