Moving Narrative is a therapeutic studio dedicated to Expressive Arts Psychotherapy for children and caregivers. Families interact through creative therapeutic activities connecting to and attuning to each other's needs. Children learn how to regulate their bodies in the process. We also incorporate parenting sessions to bridge the support to the home environment.
Moving Narrative also specializes in working with women who want an embodied approach to healing. Somatic awareness is integrated with verbal psychotherapy.
