In this experiential workshop participants will examine the importance of creativity as a tool to access the inner Self, as defined in the Internal Family Systems model. Participants will have the opportunity of experiencing the arts and exploring how their resilience and their ability to access Self can be strengthened through their creative work. There will be music listening and playing, movement, journaling, and art making. The role of preferred music as a tool for refueling will be explored. The concept of self-compassion and the importance of building this resource within will be addressed. The participants will leave with concrete tools they can use in their personal and professional lives.
