What are your thoughts of the "ideal private practice?” Maybe you’re finally seeing the clientele you desire, the days that work for you, making an income that feels right AND have plenty of time for a hike Saturday & the New York Times Sunday? It takes trial and error, sometimes even years to explore the quality of life that we want and often continues to be a Balancing Act. We all strive to discover what type of therapist we want to be, quality of care we want to provide and take some time off in the Summer and maybe around the Holdays…..”How Does Everyone Find THEIR Balance?”
Come share with your colleagues how you’ve found that "sweet spot" for yourself, learn some tricks, or gain insight if still trying to navigate what allows you to love the work you do. Do you like to take a day off for that dreaded administrative “stuff” or are you inclined to get the notes/billing done at the very end of each day? Do you work 3, 4 or 5 days and why? Do you prefer to bookend the week with Monday or Friday off, and why? Something special about a few clients Saturday AM's? Does your schedule change seasonally? Come network, learn or share with your colleagues about the fabulous work that we do and discuss some of the tools you have gained to live a fruitful, balanced life.
See you on March 12th from 4:30-6:00!
