About Clarity Brain Wellness
Clarity Brain Wellness provides cognitive training, executive function coaching and education on brain health for all ages. Cognitive health is a component of wellness which allows us to think clearly, remember information and make decisions.Cognitive difficulties may occur due to: stress, mental health concerns, life transitions (starting a new job), ADHD, traumatic brain injury and stroke.
The goal is to provide education on brain wellness and strengthen thinking skills to optimize overall health in the home, work and school environment. Positive outcomes of our services include improved focus, memory skills, organization and task management through a holistic approach. A holistic approach supports the whole person; body, cognition, and mental health.
Alison and Rachael provide services that are client-focused and individualized to meet clients’ needs. They combine evidenced based practice with their medical and educational background. Services are offered in-person, through telehealth or in the workplace for your convenience and carryover of skills.
About the speakers
Alison and Rachael are licensed speech-language pathologists. They have a combined 15+ years of experience working with the adult and pediatric population specializing in neuro rehabilitation and ADHD.
Alison Letvinchuk M.A. CCC-SLP
Alison earned her undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Psychology. She completed her Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Alison also works as a speech-language pathologist at a rehabilitation hospital in Boston and serves as a course facilitator for an online master’s program in speech-language pathology.
Alison specializes in treatment for adults and pediatrics with cognitive symptoms due to traumatic brain injuries, stroke, neurological disorders, executive function deficits, ADHD and Long COVID. She is an ADHD-Rehabilitation Services Provider (ADHD-RSP) and certified in LoveYourBrain yoga.
Rachael Licker M.S. CCC-SLP
Rachael earned her undergraduate degree from Syracuse University in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Sociology. She completed her Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Emerson College.
Rachael has worked as a speech-language pathologist at a rehabilitation hospital in Boston for 10 years. She also serves as a course facilitator for an online master’s program in speech pathology.
Rachael specializes in treatment for adults with cognitive symptoms due to mild traumatic brain injuries, post-concussive syndrome, executive function deficits and mental health concerns. Her experience includes individual therapy, group education sessions, working with veterans and developing and leading several community groups. She is Love Your Brain (LYB yoga) certified and has completed training in CBT and CBTi.
